By placing an order it is assumed that you agree to our term and conditions.

We only use your details for processing your order, informtaion will not be passed to any third parties.


The display of any products on our website is not an offer to sell, and we at West Barn Country Interiors shall be under no obligation to supply goods until a contract is entered into through payment being accepted, and the goods being in stock.

If you place an order with us this will be your agreement to place an order to purchase products at the specified price.

Provided the goods are in stock available at the specified price, and your payment has been approved they will be dispatched within 2 working days.

If the items are out of stock we will notify you by e mail of the expected delivery date.

No other product will be sent as a replacement without your prior approval.

If you do not respond to our e mail regarding the unavailable items the balance of the order will be dispatched in the normal way.


Standard delivery is charged as per the price quoted at the checkout for that particular item.

Furniture and larger items can be delivered by us within a 30 mile radius of Northampton for £30 alternatively the cost of a courier to be agreed prior to dispatch. The charge for other countries will be confirmed and agreed prior to dispatch.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 days of the order being placed. I for any reason this timescale cannot be met you will be notified via email of the expected delivery date.

Delivery of some of the larger items may be by courier and may require a signature.

We accept no liability for any delay resulting from something which is the responsibility of the courier.


If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us either for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

On receipt of your order you must contact uswithin 3 days to confirm your intention to return the gooods.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

The cost of the returned goods is the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged, faulty  or incorrectly supplied goods.

We are unable to accept returns for items made to order.


All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment can be made securely online.

We cannot guarantee that the site will run uninterupted or without errors.

We also cannot guarantee that this website is free from viruses, bugs or be compatible with any other software.

We cannot be responsible for the colour variations between the original photographs on the website and the users own moniter.

We reserve the right to make alterations to our website at any time.
